Camielle spent over 28 years at SkyWest Airlines and was the Manager of Pilot Hiring, Crew Resources and Recruiting. She was personally responsible for the pilot hiring, selection board and planning process. She also attended major recruitment events on behalf of the airline and authored the Pilot Cadet Program, where she built bridge programs with over 17 flight schools and universities. 20 Captains/Check Airman were under her supervision on the hiring selection team. This has afforded her the knowledge and skills needed to effectively help pilots in promoting their aviation career.
Camielle’s experience is unique. She managed the pilot qualifications department in Flight Operations while at SkyWest, giving her additional insight into legalities and training requirements for crew members. She also assisted both Dispatch and Inflight with their qualification needs while coding the AQP program for all three departments. Further, she managed the Pilot Internship Program and enjoyed the benefits of getting to know future pilots early in their careers. Building relationships with them resulted in future hires for the airline and brought her the added benefit of forming life long friends in the industry.
She is currently spreading her own wings by earning her Private. She enjoys volunteering with the Collings Foundation in Stow, MA where she was recently afforded the opportunity to volunteer with the Wings of Freedom Tour. In her spare time, she loves to write poetry and ride her ATV. Camielle is one of the most well known counselors in the aviation industry and her passion for helping clients successfully navigate through the interview process is something she is very proud of.
Camielle resides in St. George, Utah.
